No Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Most Gifted by Scent Society Australia items are made to order and/or customised, including corporate, real estate, bulk, and branded gifting. All sales are final once an order is placed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will happily assess the issue.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@scentsocietyaustralia.com and include:

Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item

Clear photos of the outer shipping box

A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the box
This information is required to assess damage and to support any claims with our shipping partners.
If the damage or fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect Details Provided
We are not responsible for errors caused by:

Incorrect spelling, wording, or information provided by the customer
