Order Processing Times

All Gifted by Scent Society Australia products are made to order.

Standard processing time is 3–7 business days from order confirmation, depending on order size and customisation requirements.
Bulk, corporate, or large gifting orders may require additional processing time - we will advise you if this applies.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times commence after dispatch, not from the order date.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Courier capacity

  • Seasonal demand (e.g. Christmas, peak gifting periods)

We are not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.


Shipping for Custom & Corporate Orders

For custom, branded, corporate, or real estate gifting orders:

  • Production will only commence once all details are finalised and approved

  • Changes cannot be made once production has started

  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on order size

If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing your order to confirm suitability.


Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@scentsocietyaustralia.com.

Your email must include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Clear photos of the outer shipping box

  • A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the box

This information is required to assess damage and lodge claims with our shipping partners.

Requests without these photos may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Delivery instructions not followed or accessible

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping for Gifted by Scent Society Australia orders is subject to availability.
